For the 2008 CHCAA Annual Conference, the hotel of choice is the Renaissance Vancouver Hotel Harbourside. A number of rooms have been reserved at special group rates.

All rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 15% (5% GST, 8% Hotel Room Tax, 2% Tourism Tax).

A valid credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner Club/En Route or Discover) number and expiration date will be required.

Cancellations: Rooms may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fees. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the date will be subject to a one night cancellation fee!

All reservations must be received by the hotel on or before August 25, 2008 to receive the special group rate and to guarantee an available room!
