For the 2007 CHCAA Annual Conference, the hotel of choice is the Hilton Toronto Airport. A number of rooms have been reserved at special group rates from Wednesday, September 19 to Friday September 21, 2007. The per-room rate is $150.00 per night for single or double occupancy rooms.

All rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 14% (3% DMF, 6% GST, 5% PST).

A valid credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner Club/En Route or Discover) number and expiration date will be required.

Delegates may reserve their rooms online by visiting Hilton Toronto Airport's website and entering the Group/Convention code CHA07. Please note that when booking on-line, the conference rate is available for the dates of September 19, 20, and 21 only. Should you wish to stay at the hotel before or after the specified conference dates, please contact the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel reservations line to book your room directly by calling toll free 866-565-4555 and providing the reservation agent with the conference name "Canadian Health Care Anti-fraud Association (CHCAA)." Room type and conference rate for pre- and post-conference dates is subject to availabilty at the time of booking.

Cancellations: Rooms may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fees. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the date will be subject to a one night cancellation fee!

All reservations must be received by the hotel on or before Thursday, September 6, 2007 to receive the special group rate and to guarantee an available room!
