The International Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre, 655 Dixon Road, Toronto is the 'hotel of choice for the CHCAA Fourth Annual Conference. A number of rooms have been reserved from September 17-19, 2003 at a special group rate ($135 + taxes for single or double occupancy).
Reservations can be made directly with the hotel by calling 416-244-1711 or 1-800-668-3656. Fax 416-244-7281 or email reserve@internationalplaza.com. A personal cheque, (received by the hotel 14 days prior to arrival) money order or valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner Club/En Route or Discover card number and expiration date is acceptable. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
To ensure you receive the special group rate, please use the group name CHCAA when making your reservations. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card prior to arrival.
All reservations must be received by the hotel by September 2, 2003 at 5:00 pm to receive the special group rate and to guarantee an available room!
