Policies
Payment will be accepted in Canadian funds by cheque or money order. All cancellations or transfer requests must be in writing and will be subject to an administration fee of $150. Any cancellations received on or after the opening day of the conference will be subject to all registration fees.
The conference registration form will be submitted online directly to CHCAA conference committee.
Fees include all conference materials, breakfast and lunch daily, & welcome reception".
